- Enquiry and contact data: 12 months from last contact
- Customer and service records: 5 years from the last service carried out, so that we can honour warranties and provide treatment history
- Billing and invoice data: 5 years, in line with South African tax and accounting requirements
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
